Carl has worked in technical theatre both professionally and educationally for over 10 years. He worked in the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point scene shop for 3 years. There he gained experience in scenic construction, lighting, sound, MIG welding, and rigging. He also managed several practicum students on a daily basis.
Since college Carl has worked at various theaters around the Twin Cities. These include: Yellow Tree Theatre, History Theatre, Mixed Blood Theatre, and The Old Log Theatre.
